Food styling became Albane's main pursuit after starting her award winning blog Whip+Click with food photographer Evi Abeler. Her experience includes working as a food stylist for editorial, cookbook, and advertising shoots. She has extensive knowledge of food sourcing and preparation.
Albane graduated from the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Institute), at the top her class with honors. She then went on to stage at Restaurant Daniel, and eventually worked at Benoit Restaurant (Alain Ducasse), Jacques Torres Chocolates, and Bread Alone. She currently resides in Harlem, NY.
